The Dungeon LAN parties have been continuous since March, having not missed a single event. Like i assumed they shrunk slightly in size over the summer, but fall is coming, colder weather, no one wants to be outside. So what better time to game right!!! plus we are anticipating the arrival of Modern Warfare 2 on NOV 10, 2009 WOOOT!!! requirements for PC's will be changing for MW2, Please start planning some upgrades for the upcoming gaming season.

The new servers have arrived. 2 x Dell Poweredge 1750 Servers with Dual 2.8Ghz Xeons, 4gb RAM, Dual Gigabit Ethernet, and all the other goodies!!!!

We had a great smaller LAN party. Thanks again to all those who donated, we received enough money to cover food for the Nov 30th event, you guys are awesome!! Stargazer and I stayed until almost 2am and we perfected the configurations for COD5 so that it will run and not crash, however, we are pretty sure it won't run on the ATI 9550 cards that are in alot of the LAN party machines that everyone uses, so for the Nov 30th event, we will probably continue with COD 4, but with actual tiered tournament play with prizes to the winners. If the game changes soon enough for the event, I'll post it. Over the next 2 weeks we will also be building to expand for more spaces, we will have build nights and any help is appreciated. Also I finished up the submersion PC over the weekend. All the pics and info are in the project section, Check it out.
